Ingredients:
1. Medium Stir fry noodles (in those vaccuum packed packages)
2. Teriyaki sauce
3. Stir fry vegetables (in prepared bag from grocery store)
It's so easy to make!
Instructions:
1. In a wok, dump the vegetable and the noodles in.
2. Then, over medium heat, pour some teriyaki sauce in (enough according the amount of ingredients) and stir-fry them together!
This meal is so quick - only takes about 5 minutes or less! You don't need any butter or spray or anything because it is cooked in the sauce.

2. Begin to mash potatoes.
3. Add a couple of dashes of milk to soften the potatoes but not drench them!
